Attendance and Punctuality...

As children’s education is a statutory requirement and an important aspect of their lives, we believe that children should arrive punctually and attend regularly. Many children who later lose interest in school have not been supported enough in the early years to develop good routines and a positive attitude to learning.

As attendance figures are taken into account when the school is inspected it is important that you let us know if your child is sick or if you have a problem. In addition, we would encourage you to take your child on holiday in term time only if it is really necessary.
