In the event of an emergency
or severe
weather it may be necessary to
close the school. Should it become necessary to close the
school,
nominated parent representatives will call parents by
approximately
8.00am to inform parents that the school will be closed.

approximately 8.00am to confirm school closure. Reps then
need to call the relevant families as per the class lists to
confirm closure.
Each class
has a nominated Class Representative for this purpose ONLY.
In the
event of an emergency or serve snow you will be contacted by
the class representative to confirm school closure.
If you have
not heard by 8.30am, then please assume that the school will
be open as normal.
